Unfortunately, MB3773PF had been categorized to EOL(End of life) status in some years ago and we don't have any data estimated from production test now.

Could you elaborate the background why you need the data now?

I understand the situation.

The reason I needed it was to create an internal document.
It was necessary to compare the old and new specifications when developing alternatives due to parts depletion.
Among them, the watchdog timer is also included, so I was looking for information.
I can not write the detail of documents that is company confidential.

As long as there is no information, there is nothing we can do about it, so you don't have to investigate more.
