Dear supporters,

Can you recommend a clocks product that meets the following specifications?

 - output1 :Single-end output 100Mhz,Duty40%-60%,jitter:+-150ps
 - output2 :Single-end output 66.666Mhz,Duty40%-60%,Jitter:+-150ps
 - operating voltage 1.8v
 - ON/OFF control possible by external-input
 - power consumption below 20mW/ch@1.8v,100Mhz

Is CY25422SXIT appropriate?

Regards,

Nagata

Hi @NXTY_Nagata ,

12 mA will be the total supply current that the device will consume. As mentioned in the datasheet this value is guaranteed by design but not 100% tested. Also it will be configuration dependent. We do not have separate per channel current consumption measurements for this device currently.

Thanks,

Pradipta.

Hi @NXTY_Nagata ,

We have 3 devices that can support the 1.8V operating voltage. The CY25422, CY2547 and CY27410.

All 3 devices can meet all other requirements as well just that CY25422 and CY2547 devices will have a power consumption slightly higher as well than 20 mW/ch.

Thanks,

Pradipta.

Hi Pradipta-san,

Thank you for your support.

In the datasheet of CY25422, it is written IDD=12mA(typ.).
Is this 12mA the sum of the current consumption of CLK1 and CLK2?

How do you calculate the power consumption per channel?

Regards,

Nagata.

Hi Pradipta-san,

Thank you for your reply.
I understand that you don't have current consumption data for each channel.
I consider that the whole power consumption is taken into account in the design.

Nagata.
