CY24488ZXC part code variants

Does anyone know the difference please between the following part codes?

   

CY24488ZXC, 

   

CY24488ZXC-001,

   

CY24488ZXC-002

   

We find the -002 suffix part doesn't give an output on pin CLK-G, but the other two part codes do, so there is some kind of difference.  Distribution seems to carry all these parts without any reference to what the differences are.
