Hi,
For 4th generation CSD components, Vref is variable depending on Vdda. See the Vref section of the component data sheet.
The Vref spec of the IC data sheet is wider than the component data sheet from min 0.6V to max Vdda-0.6V because it includes the conditions when using Vref as a reference for the comparator in addition to using it for the CapSense component.
