How to calcuation PASCO2 power consumption ?
Condition :From powering turn on 3.3V/12V to turn off , When can get the first real data ? power consumption ?

Hello,
I am testing the EVAL_PASCO2_SENSOR2GO in two configurations:
1) I connect the whole kit to the USB port of my PC and I launch the XENSIV software. The software connects to the device on COM4 and reads the CO2 concentration in my room, which is about 620ppm (seems reasonable to me).
2) I have made a custom interface board, which includes a boost converter to provide 12V and a microcontroller (Teensy 3.2) to communicate to the XENSIV™ PAS CO2 sensor directly via I2C. In this case, I talk directly to the sensor board not to the kit. I read the CO2 level using the microcontroller and the Arduino library, which offers .ino example files for single shot measurements of the CO2.
In the second config, I see the sensor is acknowledged via the serial interface and the product ID is read. Also the single-shot measurement example cumpiles smoothly, without errors, but this time the CO2 reading reported are always negative numbers, in the order of "-1240" (I presume ppm).
I wonder if somebody could help in telling me what could be wrong with the second config, as I don't think getting a negative number for CO2 levels makes any physical sense. Regardless of the sign, also a value of 1240 seems way too off from the 620ppm I got in the first configuration.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Cheers

Hi,
What is the minimum time for 3.3V ON to 12V ON in the 3.3V / 12V power-on sequence?
According to AN_2106_PL38_2107_132213, the order is written, but the interval is not described.
Measurement mode configuration register (MEAS_CFG) Is it possible to measure in a time shorter than the minimum measurement interval of 5 seconds in continuous mode when OP_MODE is used in Single-shot mode? ex. 2s
We are planning to control both 3.3V / 12V power supplies to OFF / ON / OFF in order to reduce power consumption, but is it okay to repeat OFF / ON / OFF at short intervals (example: 5 seconds)? Is there any effect on the life of the IC?

How to Find XENSIV™ PAS CO2 Sensor2Go Evaluation Kit driver?
Hi,
How do you read the data thru UART, for the changes in the CO2 measurement using the Mini board?
Can i just provide the supply Vcc to the board only, instead of using another external MCU like Arduino? If not, why?
There is no changes in the UART pin. Why? I thought this part interface is I2C, Uart and GPIO?
What i need to do? Please advise.
Thank you.
Show LessHi, I'd appreciate it if you could provide its circuit schematic ! XENSIVTM PAS CO2 Evaluation Motherboard and XENSIVTM PAS CO2 Mini Evaluation Board,

Package: LG-MLGA-14
De link on de website for the LG-MLGA-14 package points to the LG-MLGA-14-1
Not correct.
An LG-MLGA-14 3D model and a package outline drawing is not aviable on the website.
What are the difference between the LG-MLGA-14 and the LG-MLGA-14-1?
While testing the PASCO2 evaluation kit I have encountered the following error.
This error occurs randomly and stops the datalogging.
This issue seems to be getting worse by the day.
This makes it very difficult to asses the stability of the sensor.
The datalogging is done on a Windows 10 PC, the evaluation kit is connected with the USB cable provided.
It would be helpful if this error could have a timeout, so the software can try to connect automatically.
Kind regards,
