First question asked Welcome!

- Using linear slider
- CSD-mode in use
- Detects finger position well but raw count values(vertical bars in widget view) are mirrored.
When finger is not present -> raw count are high values(bars are up).
when finger is present on slider -> raw counts values decreased and got to zero.

So it's kind of working. Finger position in slider work correctly. Raw count are inverted. Is there possible to invert raw count values? Any kind of help is appreciated

Hi @Teijok ,

The raw counts need to increase when a touch event occurs. This is the default behavior of any CAPSESNE sensor. Can you confirm whether you are using CSD or CSX? Is this a custom design? If so, what's the thickness of the overlay, and the dimensions of the segments of the slider?

Here is the code example for CAPSENSE slider on PSoC4100S MAX kit: https://github.com/Infineon/mtb-example-psoc4-msc-capsense-csd-slider-tuning

Can you program this onto your device and observe the performance?

Best regards,
Nikhil
