Hi,

We are working on wearable product architecture design with ultra-low power DSP audio processor and BLE with wake word enable the system.

The following interface we have considered for our product application

- Always on Voice feature for system wake up with a single microphone and customer wake word or Phrase as well Alexa
- Wireless audio interface over BLE as well as speaker interface
- IoT Sensor interface
- Battery management with charging and fuel gauge

- Wireless battery charging

Please help us to finalize and suggest a suitable solution from Cypress for our product.

Hi,

At the first glimpse, I suggest CYW20737 / CYW20736.

CYW20737 / CYW20736 are the Bluetooth Low Energy-Only SoCs with Support for Wireless Charging. They are designed to support the entire spectrum of Bluetooth Smart use cases for the medical, home automation, accessory, sensor, Internet Of Things, and wearable market segments.  See below:

https://www.cypress.com/documentation/datasheets/cyw20736-single-chip-bluetooth-low-energy-only-syst...

But the cons may be striking and stop you from choosing it.

To cover the most of your needs, I suggest PSoC 6 products. See below:

https://www.cypress.com/products/32-bit-arm-cortex-m4-cortex-m0-psoc-6

Use the product selector to choose the most suitable chip for you. Use the following link:

https://www.cypress.com/search/psg/114026#/?_facetShow=ss_pmain_core,ss_psecondary_core,fs_pmax_oper...

You may need to add additional chips to PSoC 6 platform.

I also notice that you mentioned "Wireless audio interface over BLE". Usually Bluetooth audio refers to Bluetooth classic audio which is not distributed over BLE. The actual audio over BLE is called LE Audio which uses LC3 codec. LE Audio is first announced in CES 2020. See below:

https://www.bluetooth.com/learn-about-bluetooth/bluetooth-technology/le-audio/

https://www.soundguys.com/bluetooth-le-audio-lc3-explained-28192/

LE audio is new. It may be unsupported or need further development.
