Thank you for this information. I was very confused as to why an "n.c." pin is pulled out at all, but it seems to be going to ground.

I am having issues with the TLE9015. When I provide power on VS (12-28 V) I am expecting Vreg to go to 3.45 V, VDDC to go to 2.5 V, and nSleep to be pulled to 3.3 V. Instead, all three pins are at 0 V. When I force nSleep high by providing 3.3 V, Vreg goes to 1.24 V, and VDDC remains low. I have VIO directly connected to Vregout.

Can you please state the expected chip behavior when supplied power on the VS pins?

The recommendation for the not connected pins in the application is to connect them to the GND (see below snap).

See below snap regarding TLE9015DQU internal power supply configuration. nSleep, Vs & VIO are the input's to the TLE9015DQU, Vregout is the output pin for the internal regulator which will generate 3.3V once the IC receives a wakeup signal in normal mode and VDDC is the buffer capacitor pin for internal ISO_UART supply.
