How to solve the problem of severe heating of the driving chip when driving a PWM signal of 200KHZ? Currently, air-cooled cooling is used for heat dissipation, but as the voltage increases in the open-loop experiment, the drive will rapidly heat up to a temperature near the junction temperature

Hello,

Before using the driver IC, please make sure that 2 points are verified properly:

1) The driver power loss which should be well in limit .

2) Proper cooling. 

As you increase the PWM frequency, the losses in the driver increases and the above two points need to be incorporated properly.
