But nobody can tell me where can I buy it.

Although the product status is "active and preferred",  I still can't find "EVAL_ACF_65W_FULLGAN" for sale on distributor website.

It's recommended you post a inquiry in the Infineon case management portal, choose the "order management" or "sales support" channel.
