Infineon High efficiency 3kW bridgeless dual boost PFC evaluation board, this evaluation board shows how to design a high power density 3kW 90kHz bridgeless dual boost power factor correction (PFC) boost converter working in continuous conduction mode (CCM). More details information could be found in the link: https://www.infineon.com/cms/en/product/evaluation-boards/eval_3kw_db_pfc_c7/

If you click the Application Notes of this Eval board, you will get details calculate formula for Inductor Current Calculation. LINK: https://www.infineon.com/dgdl/Infineon-EVAL_3KW_DB_PFC_C7-AN-v01_00-EN.pdf?fileId=5546d4625e37f35a01...

Hello, I was using a TOSHIBA VFS15 Inverter with an IGBT module FP15R12W1T4 inside. After more than 4 months of smooth operation, the inverter unit suddenly blows up. Upon further inspection, I find that the diode (on the S and T terminals) has also blown, and the pin even appears to be shorter than typical. Let's talk about the possible causes of the blown diode. I wasn't entirely confident that I could repair this inverter with a brand-new IGBT module before I knew exactly what had caused the explosion.
