Hello,

No, as mentioned in the section "3.1 Checker Software exit information for ALL CHECKS PASSED"  in the TC39x_UM the startup post LBIST is handled as Cold PORST. So, the  value of 0x00000001 is expected meaning no change to bit 10.

After lbist value of stmem4 is 0x401 and expected value 0x1 problem in bit 10 which must be reserved by 0 I use tc39 BB step
