AURIX™ Forum Discussions
Hello, Community,
I have a question about the ALTIN and Pn_IN registers in the AURIX TC3xx PORT module.
The Pin Input listed on the Data Sheet includes "General-purpose input" and Input to other modules.
For example:
The TC33x/TC32x LFBGA-292 Package Variant Pin has the following 6 input paths in addition to "General-purpose input".
//Infineon-TC33x_TC32x_AA-step_DataSheet-DataSheet-v01_00-EN.pdf(Page-23)
I thought that the input information of "General-purpose input" can be checked in the Pn_IN register.
On the other hand, which route can I check input information other than "General-purpose input"?
I presume that input information other than "General-purpose input" can be checked by various modules via ALTIN.
Is my understanding correct about ALTIN and Pn_IN register?
I looked up ALTIN in the User Manual, but I couldn't determine how ALTIN is used, so please let me know.
Best Regards,
NEXTY Mori.
Hello ,
TC375 hard reset when TLF35584 after send SPI command (for standby)
spi_transfer(0x15, 0xEC);
spi_transfer(0x16, 0x13);
Hard reset is expected behaviour ?
and
after hard reset STM timer is going to be not suspended. when hit the breakpoint timer is not going to suspended.

I observe a SMU ALM7[26] while executing Bootmanger in Core-0 from Pflash-0, before jumping to application software i am able to clear this alarm by writing into MBAB bit of FlashCon register(CPU1_FLASHCON2.B.MBABCLR).
But once Bootmanger gives a jump to start address of application software this bit ALM7[26] is SET AGAIN. I could not understand two things:
1. Why and how this bit is set even after i am clearing it?
2. Who is setting this bit again if there is only a jump routine performed between clearing this bit and jumping to application?
Can someone help me understand this behavior and steps to fix /resolve this. Thanks.
Hello Infineon support,
I am trying to send my ECU to sleep mode using TLF35584 and TC399.
As you can see in the screenshot, the ECU starts to go to sleep (ROT set LOW) but the STB_N is back to high which inhibits the ECU to continue going to sleep and forces it back to Normal mode.
I had some doubts about the pin configuration (STB_N is initially an output from the microcontroller). For that, I even changed the pin direction (INPUT with pull down) before settting the TLF to sleep mode. Unfortunately, this was not sufficient.
After some analysis, it seems that the microcontroller TC399 sets this PIN back to HIGH during reset.
Any idea what could be the reason for the STB to be back HIGH and the same time ROT goes to LOW?
Show LessHello,
We are looking to implement some unit tests to run on device, and we were wondering if we can build gtest with tricore supporting toolchains like tasking, hightec etc. We tried it briefly, but does not seem straight forward. Could you please advise if this is the way forward. Also, what would be the recommended testing framework to run on device.
Thanks
Show LessHello, I am working on TC399 - ASCLIN module.
Need help/clarification about CE (Collision Detection Error) flag. [User manual part 2, v2.0.0, p36-75]
What my understanding is, collision occurs when more than one LIN slaves tries to respond to same frame on the LIN bus.
Is my understanding is correct?
Can anyone elaborate the part of description in user manual for CE flag. "When transmitting, signals if the transmitted data differs from the received data." ?
Thank you.
Hello,
im making my first steps in the Aurix Dev studio, with the project [Blinky_LED_1_KIT_TC397_TFT].
Clock configuration isn't done with a user inerface, so i searched in the files found these 2 [Ifx_Cfg_Ssw.h] [IfxScuCcu.h], but they dont provide much implementation/info.
but i could not find where exactly it is called in main file [Cpu0_Main.c], is this done via linker file ?
