Hi Infineon,
I have a requirement to identify the trap and store it. For that we need to know the trap class(TCN) and trap ID (TIN). If I know both TCN and TIN, I can find the type of the trap happened. we can fetch the TIN from the D15 register, but I could not find, where can we fetch trap class (TCN) from.

I am using in a project TC322LP. I am executing LBIST test by startup software. Although LBIST test is pass successfully, after PORST, SMU LBIST alarm( ALM8[5]) is triggering. Is this bug or anything causes this situation? Because I dint see in other MCU's like TC387 and TC366.

Show LessWhen starting the processor, the UCB_BMHD0 to 3 are checked in order to determine a valid boot mode index.
The start address of the program is then determined from this (BMHDx.STAD).
This is always the same address with every power on reset.
Is it possible with the TC334 to specify the boot mode index in register SCU_STMEM1 for the next reset via a software reset, so that testing does not start again with BMHD_cnt=0 ?
Deleting and reprogramming the USB_BMHDx with every (SOTA) software update is too insecure for us.
We plan to let a bootloader decide which software to start and look for ways to preselect a different boot mode index via a software reset:
- UCB_BMHD0.STAD points to the bootloader
- UCB_BMHD1.STAD points to software partition 0
- UCB_BMHD2.STAD points to software partition 1
(The TC334 has no SWAP feature due to only one flash block)
The bootloader decides whether USB_BMHD1 or USB_BMHD2 should be active.
Is something like that possible with the Aurix?

I can not find any requirment for OSC XTAL with 20MHz frequency tolerence.
e.g +/- 100ppm ......
My query : if we use 20MHz crystal , How about TC397 requirement for clock tolerence requirment.

Hello, I wish to insert a deadtime of 3-4us using the Aurix TC375 lite kit v2. The prescalar for deadtime is not being set in the TCTR0.B.T12CLK field (DTC). The DTC always saturates to 0xFF when I check during debug.
I have gone through the IfxCcu6_TimerWithTrigger.c file and saw the __minu functions set the DTC to 255 (0xFF) and the following loop never executes:

I have one question regarding the EDSADC conversion range. During my testing, I observed that for voltage inputs, the lowest conversion result is -0.5V, while the maximum conversion result is 5V. It appears that the range is not symmetric. Could you give me some hints on this asymmetry? Your insights would be greatly appreciated.
I get the following figure by firstly applying -5v and then 5V to the input of the EDSADC CH6.

How does NMI work in TC377. once the NMI is request. NMI handler is invoked. but how all this is working in the micro- Controller. Do we have any kind of Procedure to follow? if some could explain a bit in detail it would be a great help. Thanks, in advance.

我有一块 KIT_AURIX_TC297_TFT 评估板,我烧写了UART_VCOM_1_KIT_TC297_TFT demo程序到里面,按照Infineon-AURIX_UART_VCOM_1_KIT_TC297_TFT-Training-v01_00-EN.pdf文件的说法,当我通过usb连接线把评估板和PC连接起来后,我应该可以在PC上看到一个串口,设置串口波特率为115200,我应该可以收到评估板传来的hello world信息。但是我现在在pc上什么也看不到,请问大家问题出在什么地方?谢谢。我运行其它的例子,比如闪灯,蜂鸣什么的,都是正常的,就是这个串口不行。

If configuring an external input interrupt for rising edge, if the value at pin is high at time of configuration, will the interrupt trigger? or must it be driven low then high again?
