We observed that XRAM Content is cleared during system wake-up from standby mode. Warm power on reset or Cold power on reset will clear the XRAM memory?
XRAM is expected to be affected by a cold power-on reset. For other resets, it is expected to have the contents including wake-up from standby. Can you check if it is written in the startup?
