Why does CAN FD work on the bench, but not in the vehicle?

Hi Christine,

The most common cause for this is overlooking the Transmitter Delay Compensation feature (see the User's Manual). For a 2 Mbps CAN FD network, the typical value is 400 ns.
For the AURIX™ TC2xx family, check the CAN/CAN1_NTDCRx.TDCO setting.
For the AURIX™ TC3xx family, check the CANx_TDCRi.TDCO setting.
