Hi all,
Which datasheet parameters are related to the specific pins/balls?
Kind regards,
Bernie

Hi Bernie,
Pinning information is shown in chapter “Package and Pinning Definitions” in the datasheet.
There are tables for each ports functions (e.g. Port 00 Functions) for each packages (e.g. BGA516).
In the table, the buffer type for each pins/balls are shown in column “Type” by abbreviations which are defined in Legend located at the end of the tables.
The datasheet parameters related to the types are shown in chapter “Electrical Specification”.
Example: TC299x BGA516 Package, ball “M6”
Based on the table, type is MP/PU1/VEXT.
Based on the legend,
MP = Pad class MP (5V/3.3V)
PU1 = with pull-up device connected during reset (PORST = 0) with footnotes 1) 2) 3)
Vx = Supply
The parameters related to the pad class ”MP” and supply “VEXT” are shown in chapter “Electrical Specification”.
Kind regards,
Mr. AURIX™
