Where do I find TC377TE document

Hello, 

I need the specific detail information about the TC377TE Emulation Port. (Aurora/MCDS Interface)

But all the documents in the Infineon web page are only referenced to TC377TP, which doesn't support on chip trace.

Where can I find the right document?
