Hi Bernie,
VOH/VOL (Output High/Low Voltage) are not listed on the data sheet.
However, you can calculate VOH/VOL from RDSONx (On-Resistance) as follows.
Example:
For TC27x class LP 5V pad, medium driver,
RDSONLPM(max) = 260 [Ohm]
IOH = 2 [mA], IOL = 2 [mA]
In the case that VEXT = 5,
VOH = 5 - 260 * 0.002 = 4.48
VOL = 260 * 0.002 = 0.52
