Hi all,
What is the min. duration time for detection of primary voltage monitoring and secondary voltage monitoring ?
Best regards,

Hi Tita,
The primary UV monitor operation based on tracking ADC to measure supply voltages. It's clocked and the value is updated every PMS clock cycle. However, due to tracking ADC nature, the max real reaction time for a fast voltage spike is greater. Therefore please refer to the datasheet value tMON (Max) for primary monitor reaction time. (1.8us max).
The secondary monitor on AURIX is based on a dedicated 8-bit SAR ADC for each channel Vdd, Vddp3. Each channel is sampled with max 600ns period. In addition there is 3x spike filter applied. Therefore you also have maximum of 1.8us for the reaction time ofSVM.
Kind regards,
Mr. AURIX™
