What is the major differences of HSM in AURIX™ TC2xx and AURIX™TC3xx?

Hi Tita,

The major differences of HSM (Hardware Security Module) in AURIX™ TC2xx and AURIX™ TC3xx are summarized as follows:
1. HSM in TC2xx is complaint with EVITA Medium Standard, while HSM in TX3xx is compliant with EVITA Full Standard
2. HSM in TC3xx have three new modules: PKC –ECC-256 Module, SHA224/256 HW accelerator and Watchdog
3. HSM in TC3xx have more dedicated PFlash (max. 640KB vs. 144KB) and DFlash (max. 128KB vs. 64KB).
4. HSM in TC3xx have more local RAM 96KB vs. 24KB/40KB):
