hello infineon

I use TC364 in our project, and read vddk as a logic to check whether reference voltage available, I notice vddk voltage are stored in UCB and the value provided by Infineon, is this voltage possible to exceed 1.35V? I got a 6.5V from UCB, could you help me?

Hi,

DVDDK is a range of -500uV to 500uV. The big number is unsigned, however, the actual value is signed value(for example 65520 is FFFF FF98 is -104. Still in the good range). And also note that it is uV not mV.
