Hello,

it seems like I made a huge mistake on use of the flash protection descriped here: http://www.infineonforums.com/threads/1013-Flash-Protection-for-TriCore?

Unfortunately I locked the device and can't even connect the MemTool to it any more. DAS says "DEVICE_LOCKED".

Is there anything I can do, to get access to it again?

Hope you can Help...
Stefan

Hi Guys,

Erasing the UCB can reset everything.

However did you guys implement additional code to erase the UCB? Pls drop me a PM with your email address so that I can contact you directly.

Best Regards
Travis

1. which debugger is used?
2. What is the hardware configure for TC277?
If use ineternal flash, no problem for JTAG/DAP connection. The customer can use the same flash driver(program, erase) for DFLASH and UCB.
