I would like to detect if a CPU watchdog reset was the trigger of the last system reset. I've found in the Target Specification manual that the WDT triggers an SMU alarm so the RSTSTAT.SMU will be set indicating the reset source.
Is it possible to find out which of the alarms caused the SMU reset, especially if it was a CPU WDT?

SMU.ADi - this is reset by power on reset rather than application reset, so may have some of the information you require.
