Hi.


I can not find how to handle unused pins in document.
Please tell me how do I handle unused GPIO and A/D pins?

Hello yamamoto.  In general, I find this the easiest:

- Configure unused GPIO to input and activate internal pulldown

- Ground unused ADC

See "Recommendation for unused pins" in the TC399 PCB Design Guidelines application note AP32335, page 7:
