TC397x HSM debugging with Lauterbach T32

Hi, I would like to configure Lauterbach t32 to be able to debug the on chip HSM of TC397x device. For the Lauterbach I have a multicore license and arm license. It is connected via USB to the triboard. Do you have documentation how to set up a valid configuration?
