Dears:
at present, we have plans to replace the TC397XP chip with the TC397XA chip. What is the specific difference between the two chips? Do we need to make adjustments to the software we developed based on TC397XP.
Thanks! ! !

Hi,
Please refer to the link for part number decoding:https://www.infineon.com/export/sites/default/_images/product/microcontroller/Aurix/A2G-product-nami...
The primary difference is that TC397XA is an ADAS part with RADAR cluster peripherals. So, you would need to adapt your code to use the RADAR cluster.
You can also refer following links for more details. The exact differences(eg: the pinout and the available peripherals) need to be obtained from the specific datasheets to check the compatibility of the specific part numbers.

Please note that both devices are not 100% pin compatible. It is possible to use an ADAS device instead of production device but some functionality (e.g. Ethernet) is not usable because of the different pinning. Please see the TriBoard Manual TC3X7 V2.4 chapter 3.2.2 Restricted usable devices. There is a table with the signal differences.
