Dears:

    I can modify other TC397XP chips to unlock according to the following method, but there is a development board, the program flashing and running are OK, but the following methods cannot be used to unlock and modify the startup address, please ask this developer How to solve the problem of the board.

 

Please read chapter 6.5.4.3.1 for further details. I have attached a screenshot to let you know what the confirmation words means. In above scenerio you need to Unlock the device again by clicking Unlock button.

Try following steps:

  1. Run Prepareonly script
  2. click edit button
  3. click unlock
  4. configure the parameters again
  5. click update
  6. click write

I have attached the related thread. Could you explain a bit more on details? Do you mean only one board cannot unlock, right?

Yes, currently only one board cannot be unlocked, the others can be unlocked.

What exactly is the unknown password you are talking about? I am not sure if this operation is used. If there is the above operation, how should I solve this problem?

If you check Chapter 6.8.2.1 of user manual of TC3xx, you can see List of Defined UCBs from UCB00 to UCB47

For UCB_BMHDx(x=0-3), there is PW0-PW7, 8 WORDs = 256bit password protection

For UCB_PFLASH, there is PW0-PW7, 8 WORDs = 256bit password protection

For UCB_DFLASH, there is PW0-PW7, 8 WORDs = 256bit password protection

For UCB_DBG, there is PW0-PW7, 8 WORDs = 256bit password protection

For UCB_ECPRIO, there is PW0-PW7, 8 WORDs = 256bit password protection

For UCB_SWAP, there is PW0-PW7, 8 WORDs = 256bit password protection
