TC397 JTAG Error

Hello Infineon,

JTAG debugger does not work properly.

In Infineon Memtool, the connection works normally.

If you set a breakpoint in the IDE and start debugging, an error message like the picture is displayed.

After downloading with Infineon Memtool, it was confirmed that the reset continued.
/PORST_N pin and ESR0_N pin were checked, and the following waveform was measured.
(Blue: /PORST_N, Yellow: ESR0_N)

What could be the problem?

Could you please give us more details on what exactly you are trying to do or the code example you are following?
Could you also try running the program without any breakpoints?

Thank you for your reply.

It was a phenomenon in which Vdd was sometimes reset due to overvoltage detection.
I solved it by adding a 1uF capacitor to Vdd.
