Hello,
About TC397 FMEDA, i have some questions.
>>What's the meaning of MFC=RED, the RED is equal to redundant? If it is, equal to what SM?
>>As the LFM of SM[HW]:PMS:VDDM_MONITOR[FMC=RED] is 99.99%, so which SM cover the failure of SM[HW]:PMS:VDDM_MONITOR[FMC=RED]?
Looking forward to you reply.

Hi LaneYE,
Regarding to Safety Mechanisms of VDDM_MONITOR, please refer to 6.346 SM[HW]:PMS:VDDM_MONITOR in AURIX TC3xx Safety Manual.

Hello, dw
Thank for your reply. I still have three problems.
1.What's the meaning of 'RED' in '[FMC=RED]'?
2.As for SM[HW]:PMS:VDDM_MONITOR, there doesn't have self-test of this SM described in safety manual, so how to cover this SM's fault?
3.Additional, there has MPU self-test to detect MPU SM's failure in safety manual of TC275, why has MPU selt-test been deleted in safety manual of TC397?

Hi LaneYE,
Do you mean how to self-test the VDD monitor? Please refer to 4.1.4 Monitor Built-in Self Test (MONBIST) in Aurix TC3xx Safety Manual.
