I can't detect the waveform of the clock signal using the oscilloscope. Is it a problem of my initialization?

Have you tested this code?    If you used SPI to control TLF35584, please refer to this code which is using P15.6/7/8 as CLK MOSI MISO and P14.2 as CS pin. After verified working, then change QSPI2 to QSPI4.
