Is there a way to find out the reason for CPU watchdog timeout in software?

i am getting below SMU alarms.

1) Is there a way to find out the reason for CPU watchdog timeout in software?
According to the above figures, we can jump to the conclusion that the Watchdog timeout event happened, however, the reason, needs the developer to debug the exact code to figure out the cause of the incapable feed the Watchdog on time.
