Hello Experts,

I would like to know that, is there any register which counts the number of erase operations been done on a particular flash Memory region of TC29 controller ?

if there any such register please share a hint.

Thanks in Advance.

Hello,

The UCBs UCB12-UCB15 are used to store the information when a sector is erased. Each of the counter corresponds to a Flash Bank (PF0-PF3)

Please refer to description under "Erase Counter UCB12 – UCB15" in the section "10.5.5.5 Configuring Protection in the UCB" in the link to TC29x UM.

Regards,

Prudhvi.
