Hi,

I am using Application Kit TC2x7 v1.1 with TC277 processor. At one point I've programmed BootModeHeader 0 with values 0xb3590048 value for BMI which represents Generic Bootstrap Loader.
And now I am locked out of device and cannot acces it thru Infineon Memtool nor Aurix IDE.

In this thread https://www.infineonforums.com/threads/5933-TC277-JTAG-locked a person named MoD said that it is possible to unlock it with Memtool. How can I unlock it to be able to program a BMHD0 with values for Internal Flash Start?

I've tried creating a Minimonitor Target Interface with ASC bootstrap loader at 9600 Bit/s but still no luck connecting to device.

Hi

if u are using Memtool. u should change ur target to -> TriBoard with TC275/TC277 ?-Step (BSL/ASC)
after that in setup, u should ensure u are using the correct COM port which is connected to the kit.
