1.Initial power off and On

2.System is running and after some times system going to standby mode( working condition)

2.After wake up signal triggered and system wake up happened ( standby mode to normal mode)

3. After some times again tring to put system into standby mode

4.hard power on reset triggered .

You have cleared the wakeup flag which woke up the system?
All xWKP / xOVRUN flags activated by respective xWKEN bits shall be cleared before renewed Standby entry
request, otherwise System will remain in Operation state and not enter Standby state.

Hi,

Could you let us know what is referred to as "hard power on reset triggered" ?

What is the reset cause observed in the reset cause register for point 2 and 4?

Best Regards.

Hi,

In step 2 observed that system wake up is happened and there is no reset observed( we stored the data in XRAM memory and data is retained after wake up)

But in step 4  system is not going sleep. Reset is happened and XRAM content also cleared. So we suspecting that cold power on reset may happened.

Hi,

I recommend you to check the RSTSTAT register in both cases for the reset reason.

Best Regards.
