SafeTlib OS shutdown during SBST test

Dear All,

Maybe one of you faced with the following problem:

SBST test causes OS shutdown during run-time. It happens only on Core1. So Core0 (master) and Core2 are able to perform this test perfectly. We also tried to run your RefApp (from Infineon) and it doesn’t show this symptom. Unfortunately it’s really hard to debug this problem, because:

  • RefApp doesn’t us OS and MCAL.
  • SBST is a precompiled library and cannot be debugged.

We use ETAS-OS and TC275.
