SPI sample code for 16 bit data transfer in TC387

Hi there,

 

I am using the AURIX TC387 platform and for SPI driver configuration tried the sample demo from Infineon

In the sample, sync transmit with IB , 8 bit channel is used and its working for me. But when I change to 16 bit channel the BACON register is not updated. Is there any thing am missing?
