I struggle to understand how to enable SIMD instructions, or how to verify if this features is being utilized or not.
What is the procedure for working with SIMD code? Does this require any manual configuration or considerations in order to work?

Hey,
The device device (SoC) we are using is a tri-core TC-397.
As I understand, SIMD is enabled by use of so called packed-arithmetic, where 4x8 or 2x16 instructions will be executed in parallell.
I fail however, to determine whether or not this feature is automatically enabled by the compiler, and since we generate c-code using embedded coder, from simulink models, I would like to find a way to verify the presence of these SIMD/packed-arithmetic operations in the final binaries(built SW).
Any suggestions how I proceed with this?
