Value of register as example after Cold power on reset is A0F3FB1F in user manual but while debugging it's value 0x80f3ff1f  .

The value is expected if you're using the TC39x steps BA and BB. Please see the Errata BROM_TC.H018 in the Errata document for more details. The screenshot cannot be shared publicly however you can check the device specific Errata in the MyICP portal.

Hello,

The Errata sheet referred is for BD step device. Please see the Errata sheet of the BA and BB step devices.

As mentioned, this is applicable only for the above steps of TC39x.
