We are using the below part no SAK-TC333LP-32F300FAA for new product development.

1) As per data sheet it is operated with single supply mode and dual supply mode. If we operated with single supply mode how the controller will recognized what mode it is operated. 

2) suggested crystal part no .

3) PCb design guidelines.
