Is it possible to render a AURIX TC7277 brain dead by flashing a corrupted s3 file?
With a debugger I recently flashed a bad s3 file, now I cannot even use the debug port.
If this is the case, is there any way to rescue the device??
Many thanks.

Yes, if your TC277 is an A-Step part.
We had this problem in our early development on a TC277 if you flash code without any valid Boot Mode Headers the part locks out the DAP/Debug port.
To revive this part we had to hand it off to our Infineon FAE who took it back to his local office and they were able to serial load in a new program.
I am fairly sure this issue was fixed in B-Step and later parts, thus if your part is a B-Step or later you should be able to flash a new program through the DAP port.
