Reading out the silicon step of my Aurix derivate

Hi all ,

Does anyone know where can I see the Step of my AURIX™ device ?

Hi Christine,

The according step of each Aurix can be readout in two ways:

1. The easiest way is to check the branding on the package of the device.

2. In case the branding on the package is not readable anymore, it is also possible to read out the SCU_CHIPID.HCREV[5:0] register. The register values matching to the step, can be found in the according User Manual of each derivate.
