RLS Programming Duration for TC39xx devices

Hi,
I'm using TC39XX device ,recently we are about use the RLS feature in our application but i couldn't find any information about RLS programming duration (i already checked the user manual and datasheet but there no such timing information ).

Is there any such timing information available ?

You can find some more information under the Replace Logical Sector command in the FSI. I would suggest to please contact your local Infineon AURIX FAE as they can provide more information and guidance
