Hello,
In Aurix TC299TX Datasheet, under section 3.5, '5 V / 3.3 V switchable Pads' pull-up and pull-down current specifications are mentioned for different types of Pad categories. for e.g. Pull-up current for LP 3.3V pad is mentinoed to be 17uA (min.) for test condition, VIHmin; AL and 75uA (max.) for test condition, VILmax; AL and TTL.
1. Are these current sources?
2. Can i say that, Pull-up current for LP pad is still 75uA (max.) for input voltage < VILmax and 17uA (min.) for input voltage > VIHmin?
Thanking you in advance.

Hello,
The interpretation shall be like this:
VIH: The internal pull-up provides at least 17(19)µA current @ VIH_min-level. The allowed maximum application current is 17(19)µA to get an input high level
VIL: The internal pull-up provides a maximum current of 75µA @ VIL_max-level. The allowed minimum application current is 75µA to get an input low level
VIH: The internal pull-down draws a maximum current of 75µA @ VIH_min-level. The allowed minimum application current is 75µA to get an input high level.
VIL: The internal pull-down draws a minimum current of 11/(22)µA @ VIL_max-level. The allowed maximum application current is 11(22)µA to get an input low level
Regards,
Prudhvi.

Thank you for the reply. Can you please elaborate little more for me about the mentioned application current? What is this exactly, I am not able to visualise this?
Awaiting for your reply.
Best regards,
