Hi Team,

Can I get FIT rate and Pin FMEA Documents for below parts. I tried with infineon contacts but they are suggesting to ask here.

Please help me to get these information for below parts, 

1. TC333LP32F300FAAKXUMA1 – MCU
2. BTF3125EJXUMA1 – Low side switch
3. BTS72004EPAXUMA1 – High side switch
