Main state machine: error state

Hello Everyone,

I have a hybrid kit drive sense with a TC277 Aurix MCU on the logic board and I am using a CAN communication to interface the kit to the PC.
I have successfully used the OneEye GUI application correctly (read measurements, set Run machine state, etc. ) up to yesterday.
However, recently I am facing an issue since I cannot move from the configuration state to the Run state as the kit enters in Machine State Error and I cannot
get out of it unless I power off the logic board.

For info, the DC bus is not connected and I am powering only the logic board with 20 V supply.

Any help?
