Hello,
Please see the below link on what last number in the OPN means. There are no functional differences as both the devices are "SAK-TC277TP-64F200N DC".

In general the difference can be found in Data Sheet addendum available in MyICP that too if there is a difference in the Sales Product Name ex: SAK-TC277TP-64F200N DC & SAK-TC277TP-64F200S DC. Otherwise, no function differences.
From my view, the number you mentioned is about the package version but not any thing that affects the functionality. Please see below:
