May I know where could I find MBIST sample code for aurix tc3xx series?
I have received a MBIST demo code from iLLD where it is calling IfxMtu_clearSram(IfxMtu_MbistSel mbistSel); and mentioned that it will trap with bus error if wrong ECC is initialized.
Is this demo code enough to test SRAM modules? Is there any sample code available for injecting a single bit error and running an MBIST test?
