KIT_AURIX_TC277_TRB Chip corruption

I have KIT_AURIX_TC277_TRB evaluation kit but currently I have a problem that the microcontroller is locked due to UCB write sequence error, so I need to change the microsontroller with a new one, on the other hand I need to add a socket to be able to change the microsontrollers in the the future.

I need to know the cost and time frame of every item:
1. Replace the corrupted microcontroller with a new one.
2. Add BGA adapter to be able to replace the target easily in the future.
