How to isolate PLLX or fSPB failure when ALM21[15] occurs in Aurix 2G?

Hello Support,
For ALM21[15], there is a possibility that either PLLx or fSPB failure can trigger ALM21[15] in Aurix 2G device.
Which bit inside Aurix 2G will separate whether PLLx has failed or fSPB failed when ALM21[15] occurs?

There is no way to differentiate which clock failed.
